Please note: The shopping cart feature is exclusively available to paying customers on Plus and higher subscriptions. If you're on a free plan, please follow these steps to upgrade your subscription first. 


Selling your products/services online couldn’t be easier!


All you have to do is activate the Shopping Cart on your business site, and your customers will immediately be able to add your wonderful items to their cart. 


Follow these steps to activate your cart:

First, log in to your Hub and select the Edit Website tab.

Next, scroll down to Settings.



Select the Shopping Cart option to access this feature. 


To activate your cart, just click on the toolbar next to Shopping Cart. The bar will immediately turn green, indicating that the feature is now switched on. 


And if you’d like to receive payments over Paypal, just add the email associated with your Paypal account in the text box provided. 



Finally, hit Save to finish up. Well done! Your shopping cart is now active. 


An Add to cart option will now be visible next to your available products. 




How do customers use the Shopping Cart on my site?


Simple! Once a customer lands on your site and decides to purchase something, all they need to do is select Add to Cart. 


They may then proceed to checkout or amend their cart by clicking on the Cart option on the top right corner of your site. 



Customers will then continue to checkout by selecting Checkout




Next, they will be directed to select a payment method (depending on your accepted payment type).



Finally, your customer will be asked to provide their address and contact information, to enable you to update them on their order. 



Lastly, if you’ve enabled online payments, your customers will be redirected to Paypal to finalize their payment. 


They can pay over Paypal, Debit or Credit card! 




Congrats! You will now receive a notification in your Hub as well as an email confirmation with all the details about their order. 


Please note: Due to a technical issue, some business owners have not been receiving notifications about their order. Our team is aware of this bug and it will be fixed momentarily.
